Custom process
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.
1, If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.
2, If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing.Then we make a mold according to the drawing.
The mold usually made by steel.We guarantee that the mold can be used at least 500 times.If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.
After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is OK. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality.Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.
The production flow
Composite mold/Aluminum mold→Quality inspection of relevant raw materials→Clipping materials according to the order requirements and fit carbon fiber cloth according to the mold→Using high temperature and high pressure storage tank, the product forms once vacuum molding→Demoulding,first product inspection (the product can be transferred to the next department only if there is no problem)→ Edge grinding, reserved holes or accessory installation positions→100% eye inspection, the product is required to be flawless (the product can be transferred to the next department only if there is no problem)→Clean and polish the surface of the product→IPQC→Gloss paint/Matte paint→Accurately control the temperature and time to dry sth. by a hot temperature→FQC→After mass production and FQC, we will put the quality products into plastic bags and then into cartons.
Carton size is usually customized according to the current shipment.Of course, if you need to customize the outer packaging, we can do it, but it needs more money.
We will then ship our goods, in small quantities, usually via a local Courier company.If the quantity is large, it is usually transported by ship or overland.Of course, we will customize the wooden frame for the carton of the product to prevent accidents during transportation.
If the goods you receive are damaged, we will be responsible for repairing the damaged products during transportation.

Sample order lead time is in 30-60 days, The delivery time of large orders is generally determined by the specific quantity of the order, the delivery time will be given on the third day after placing the PI order.
